Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing Time

Orders are packed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves our store.

Shipping Rates

Shipping options and rates are shown at checkout before you pay. Gowns are carefully folded and packed to arrive ready to steam and wear.

Free Local Pickup

Prefer to pick up in person? Choose Pickup at checkout and collect your order free at 651 East Moana Lane, Reno, NV 89502. We will email you when your order is ready.

Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at Davincis@davincisgowns.com so we can help.

Event Deadlines

If you need your dress by a specific date, please order early or book an in-store fitting so we can make sure you have it in time.
